De Valle 57 is a beautiful, modern self-catering apartment on the 4th floor of a popular complex, offering breathtaking sea views.
This apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is stylishly furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom is shared and includes a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided, but guests must bring their own bath and beach towels.
The main living area has an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic crockery and cutlery, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The lounge leads to a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV and MiBox with Netflix, YouTube, and DStv (guests must log in with their own accounts). Free unlimited Wi-Fi with 40 MB speed is available.
The apartment opens onto a balcony with stunning sea views. The balcony has four comfortable chairs and a stainless steel braai where charcoal briquettes may be used (no open wood fires allowed). The complex offers communal braai facilities by the pool where wood fires are permitted. Allocated parking is available under a shade net, and guest parking is available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis.
