Description

A beautifully restored stone cottage, once the home of a Tankwa farmer, is nestled beneath a ridge and now offers a private and peaceful escape in the vast Karoo landscape.

The house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, providing everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. The house also features a separate lounge and a cosy living area. Authentic furnishings reflect the character of the original home, while modern amenities ensure a comfortable and relaxed stay. Indoors, a fireplace transforms the thick stone walls into a warm and inviting retreat during cooler evenings.
