De Waterkant 3 Bedroom Townhouse is a lovely self-catering holiday home situated in the heart of De Waterkant, Cape Town. It is ideally suited for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy this vibrant city and all it has to offer.
This double-storey townhouse can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All 3 of the bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed, and have access to their own en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The first bedroom has access to a private balcony with outdoor seating. A cot and high chair are available by prior arrangement. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine are provided for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, for guests' entertainment there is a TV, and for comfort there is a fireplace. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a patio with an outdoor dining table and a braai. Various local amenities such as shops and restaurants are within close proximity, with Cape Town International Airport being approximately 19 km away. Attractions in the area include the CTICC, the iconic Bo-Kaap neighbourhood, V&A Waterfront, Lion’s Head Hiking trail and the DHL Stadium.
