Guests and visitors must keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 07:00, as well as during arrival and departure. Excessive noise is not permitted and may result in eviction, loss of rental payment, and additional charges.
A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed at any time. Any overnight visitors must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Guests and visitors must comply with parking regulations and be mindful of neighbours. Parking arrangements will be provided upon arrival.
Guests must dispose of waste and recycling in the designated bins. Excess rubbish may not be left in public or shared areas.
Guests must ensure all windows and doors are locked when leaving the property. Lights, air conditioning, fans, and electronic devices must be switched off when not in use. Air conditioning may not be left on when the property is unoccupied.
The swimming pool may only be used between 07:00 and 19:00. Glassware is not permitted in or around the pool area; plastic alternatives are provided. Pool towels are available on request and bathroom towels may not be used at the pool.
The shared barbecue area is located near the pool. Guests must clean up after use and leave the area as they found it.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Designated smoking areas will be indicated upon arrival.
Guests must report any damages or breakages to the property manager as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from the security deposit. Furniture may not be moved without prior approval, and bathroom towels may not be taken off the premises.
One small or medium-sized dog is allowed in the Napier apartment, subject to an additional cleaning fee. Guests must enquire before booking.
Failure to adhere to these house rules may result in eviction without a refund. The owner and manager reserve the right to enforce these rules to maintain a peaceful environment.
