Birthday celebrations and other gatherings are permitted; however, noise levels must be strictly controlled. No noise is allowed after 22:00.
Guests may be fined for failure to comply with the rules.
A refundable breakage deposit will be required prior to check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout, provided that no damages are identified.

Guests share the remaining 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath, the other with a shower, along with a washbasin and toilet. A separate toilet is also available for added convenience. All linen, towels, and soaps are provided. The open-plan living area features a modern kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, double oven, microwave, wine cooler, gas stove, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, freezer, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. A 6-seater kitchen nook provides an ideal spot for breakfast, while the dining room features a 12-seater table and a food serving area. The home boasts 4 lounge areas, each offering ample seating and TVs, with free Wi-Fi access available throughout. Guests can relax on the furnished balcony or enjoy meals on the patio, complete with a braai and boma, overlooking the lush gardens and swimming pool.
