Average - good for sleep only. When we arrived, there was no one to open the gates or check in. The worker available did not seem to know what was happening or even that we were supposed to be there; there was no staff or reception at all. Although we were only there for one night and were the only two people present, it would have been nice to have someone greet us and advise us on the rules, etc., or where to find water/milk. The same thing happened when we left; there was no person in sight to give us the keys or open the gate. We waited around 10 minutes and had to call the owner, who then called the staff member to open for us. Overall, it is possibly an okay place to just sleep, but there is not much else to do. The gardens are well maintained and beautiful.
