Situated on a beautiful blueberry farm just outside of Franschhoek, these old stables dating from the 17th century have been restored into a lovely 3-bedroom home. Due to its location, guests have easy access to wine farms and other tourist attractions close by.
This home sleeps 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area, and a swimming pool. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The open-plan kitchen downstairs is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There's a dining table with chairs and the living area is furnished with a lounge suite, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The house has a fully functioning generator, alarm and armed response.
The veranda has an outdoor braai area and a dining table with chairs. Guests can cool down in the swimming pool on a hot day and secure parking is available on the premises.
