Disa 304 is a comfortable self-catering bushveld holiday home that accommodates four guests and is located in a nature reserve surrounded by the Waterberg Mountains.
The unit consists of 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, ice machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, and a dining table for 6 guests. This flows into the lounge area, which is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV with streaming options and DStv available at an additional cost. The lounge opens onto a spacious patio with an outdoor dining area, a wood-fired hot tub, and braai facilities for your enjoyment.
Attractions and activities to explore include close encounters with free-roaming wildlife, hiking trails, visits to nearby reserves, going on safari, or simply relaxing and enjoying the bushveld and wildlife.
Wildlife roams freely through the streets and grazes between the homes, as there is a special bond between people and animals that has been forged over the years.
There are numerous hiking trails in the nature reserve, winding through a wide variety of indigenous trees. Visitors have free access from 07:00 to 18:00 to the 823-hectare nature reserve, where they can walk, jog, cycle, or drive.
The lush bushveld vegetation provides ample grazing for a variety of wildlife such as giraffe, blue wildebeest, eland, kudu, impala, nyala, warthog, and zebra. It is also a paradise for bird lovers.
Leeupoort enjoys a moderate climate throughout the year. Summers are hot, with high rainfall from September to April, and the area is known for afternoon thunderstorms. During the dry winter months, the climate remains mild, although temperatures can drop significantly at night.
