Dolphin Cottage is a self-catering holiday home situated in the coastal town of Morgan Bay. The property is located within close proximity to the beach and offers a peaceful coastal setting with views of the surrounding shoreline, making it suitable for families or groups of friends seeking a seaside getaway.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, all en-suite and located on the ground floor, with one bedroom having a separate entrance. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a washbasin, and a toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. Both of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The upstairs level comprises an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining space, and lounge. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The dining area has seating space for 6 guests, while the lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a coffee table. A guest toilet is also available on this level.
The living area opens onto a small front deck with sea and cliff views, as well as a larger covered deck with braai facilities and outdoor dining space. The property is supported by a solar inverter system with batteries to ensure an uninterrupted power supply during load shedding. Undercover parking is available on site.
The area offers a range of outdoor activities, including fishing, bird watching, horse riding, and cycling.
