Description

Duke House is a semi-detached Victorian home located about 16.5 km from Cape Town International Airport. Book for one person or two, the house is shared with the owner and has a shared bathroom, as well as a deck offering views of Table Mountain, Lion’s Head, the city and the harbour. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a shared bathroom with a large shower.

The communal kitchen is basic and fitted with a microwave and fridge. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table, in their rooms, or on the deck. The host currently works from home and therefore prefers guests who need a place to sleep, bathe, and warm up take-away meals. There are ample nearby coffee shops with Wi-Fi and workspaces, as well as facilities offering workspace hire.

Guests can enjoy this cosy base from which to explore all that the Mother City has to offer, whether visiting for work or leisure. The property offers 24-hour Wi-Fi and is a non-smoking establishment. There is a public swimming pool 5min walk away.
