Description
Dune View is a rustic self-catering, an upstairs cottage situated in Sodwana Bay - a scuba-diving, fishing, and nature lover's paradise. Perched upon a hill, the cottage offers lovely views and is approximately 1.5 km from the main tar road. The access road is a single sandy track and although a 4x4 is not needed, we do not recommend small, low-clearance cars.
This cottage can accommodate 2 adults and comes equipped with a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds by prior arrangement. 2 small kids can be accommodated on 2 kids' mattresses. Other in-room facilities include an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, lounge area, air-conditioning and a kitchenette equipped with a combination fridge-freezer, a microwave, a 2-plate gas hob, a kettle and a toaster. This unit also has a smart TV with Netflix, there is no Dstv.
There is another house on the property, but guests have a separate electric gate and entrance. The whole property is secured with an electric fence and although it is not far from town, the cottage is very rural and situated among the local Zulu homesteads and natural bush.
There is a large deck with patio furniture, a gas braai and gas is provided.
Nearby activities include scuba diving, fishing, surfing, swimming, quad bike trips, bird watching and game viewing.
