Eden Dunes 70 is a modern, newly refurbished self-catering apartment situated in the popular Eden Dunes complex in Shelly Beach. The property is ideally positioned overlooking the Shelly Beach boat launch site and tidal pool, offering a relaxed coastal setting with easy access to pristine beaches and nearby attractions. The location is well-suited to families, couples, friends, and fishing enthusiasts seeking a convenient seaside base.
Accommodation can accommodate up to 8 guests, comprising 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with additional sleeping arrangements in the living area. Bedroom one is furnished with a double bed and a child-only bunk bed, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Bedroom two is furnished with a double bed, while the living area includes 2 single beds for 2 additional guests. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin. Linen is provided for guest use, while towels are to be brought along.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge, chest freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, along with a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are also available for added convenience.
