We’re pleased to hear that you had a lovely, peaceful, and quiet stay, and that you appreciated the small touches such as the coffee, tea, sugar, and milk provided. It’s always rewarding to know these details make a difference. We also sincerely appreciate your constructive comments regarding cleanliness, WiFi connectivity, and general maintenance. Please rest assured that these points have been noted and will be addressed with our team to improve both consistency and guest experience. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can do better. We’re glad to hear that despite these concerns, you are still considering returning — that truly means a lot to us. We are pleased to hear that you found our service good and that you enjoyed your stay overall. We are, however, sorry that the noise during your exam week made your stay more difficult. We completely understand how important a peaceful environment is when you are studying, and we sincerely apologise for the disturbance. We will also look into the WiFi issue, as reliable WiFi is an important part of our service. We apologise as well for the confusion regarding your unit allocation and will make sure we are clearer about room/unit arrangements going forward. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with the peaceful and comfortable stay you experienced previously. Warm regards, Nicki

Good. Overall, a neat and tidy place to live in, with security guards and CCTV surveillance. There was also a small bottle of milk in the fridge, and tea and coffee were also available.

Thank you for your recent stay and for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your suggestions and understand your concerns. However, as a budget self-catering accommodation, our aim is to provide clean, comfortable, and affordable lodging. While we continually look for ways to improve, some of the points you’ve raised fall outside the scope of what we offer at our current price point. TV channels – We provide basic channels suited for casual viewing. While we understand the desire for more news content, premium channels are not included in our offering due to our focus on affordability. Backup power – Load shedding is a national issue, and while we sympathise with the inconvenience it causes, backup generators are typically found in higher-tier accommodations. That said, we are exploring cost-effective ways to improve guest comfort during outages. Remote-controlled parking – Our security measures are designed with both safety and cost-efficiency in mind. Manual gate access is standard for this level of accommodation and helps us keep rates low for all guests. Guard house at parking – We currently provide on-site security appropriate for a budget property. A full guardhouse setup would significantly increase operational costs, which would reflect in higher pricing.
