Enchanting Stone-Crafted Home is a timeless blend of charm and modern comfort. This self-catering holiday home, located in Kalk Bay, can accommodate up to 6 guests in a serene and inviting space for family living.
The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All the bedrooms are located upstairs. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet, and basin. It also includes a balcony with a stunning view of the ocean, where guests can watch whales and dolphins glide by. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. There is also a separate guest toilet available.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The living area features a dining table, comfortable seating, a TV, and a cosy fireplace. An inverter powered by solar panels is also available in case of load shedding. Wi-Fi access is provided.
The Mediterranean-style patio is perfect for outdoor dining and offers views of the rose bush courtyard in the front.
