Located on the water edge in Marina Da Gama in Muizenberg, Faimes Waterfront Villa is a beautiful Mediterranean villa, ideal for a memorable family holiday, as it is situated close to the popular Surfer’s Corner beach.
This double-storey property can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, double vanity and toilet. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 bunk beds. Another queen-size bed is available in the fourth bedroom, which includes an en-suite shower. The third bathroom is also fitted with a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their beach towels.
The living area occupies the ground level of the home and features a beautiful kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher and a washing machine are available. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is an 8-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. There is a spacious lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. For those wanting to get some work done, a work desk and free Wi-Fi are available.
The top level of the home leads out onto a patio with outdoor seating, which is an ideal spot for a morning coffee while overlooking the marina. Additionally, this property has a lovely courtyard with outdoor seating, a built-in braai and a private splash pool. Guests will be able to enjoy a lovely Jacuzzi at an additional cost.
