Far Far Away Guesthouse is a proudly 4-star graded retreat nestled in the heart of historic Graaff Reinet, where Karoo charm meets relaxed luxury. The guesthouse offers a warm and personal stay with attention to detail and a true sense of place.
It features a selection of beautifully styled accommodation, including a Deluxe Suite and a spacious Luxury Suite, both available in king or twin configurations. The Luxury Suite also includes an additional interleading room, making it ideal for families or friends travelling together.
The Garden Room provides a semi self-catering option, suited to longer stays or guests seeking added independence. This spacious unit offers 2 en suite bathrooms, separate sleeping areas, and a private outdoor patio where guests can enjoy morning coffee or a quiet evening under the Karoo sky.
All rooms are comfortably furnished and include quality linens, en suite bathrooms with amenities, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Guests are invited to unwind in the tranquil garden, which features a swimming pool and mountain views. Breakfast is available on request and is freshly prepared with care, while dinner is not provided. Guests can, however, receive recommendations and assistance with reservations at a variety of excellent restaurants within walking distance.
The guesthouse is an ideal base for exploring Graaff Reinet and the surrounding Karoo landscape, including the renowned Valley of Desolation, offering a peaceful setting to slow down, recharge, and experience the beauty and charm of the Karoo.
