Description

Farm Dexie is a self-catering, off-the-grid farmhouse located on a tranquil picturesque farm, situated approximately 11 km from George Airport. The farmhouse is the ideal base from which to explore this part of the Garden Route.

This charming, off-the-grid, solar-powered, timber house is located on the host’s farm, and can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, and shares the bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, a 2-plate gas stove top, slow cooker and a selection of crockery and glassware to use. The living area leads out to a deck, which offers lovely views of the farm and distant Outeniqua Mountains.

Glentana Beach, Herold's Bay, and Grootbrak beaches are nearby. The property is only 500m of good gravel road from the gate, offering a peaceful location close to all amenities, yet away from the crowds.

Guests are welcome to purchase fresh eggs and various farm produce. There are also activities such as hiking and exploring the various cycling routes in the area.

Farm Dexie is located within 18 km from central George, making it convenient to access various golf courses, estates, and other attractions in the region.
