Serendipity offers lovely self-catering holiday accommodation with a private entrance, situated on the owner’s property in a secure estate in the heart of Sunninghill, Sandton. This is a great option for a weekend getaway, as the property features an inviting swimming pool.
This unit can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises a bedroom, a loft space, and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the loft space contains 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is available for guests to stay connected, and the space also includes a dining table.
Outside, guests have full access to the swimming pool area, which includes a patio with seating and braai facilities. Secure parking is available on the property. During load shedding, a portable power station is provided for charging phones and powering certain low-wattage appliances such as the TV. The wireless router is connected to a UPS power supply, ensuring uninterrupted internet access.
