Description
Fish Eagle Cottage is a lovely self-catering cottage situated on the owner’s farm, approximately 16 km outside of Grabouw in the Elgin Valley. It is ideal for a small family or a group of friends who are looking for a peaceful escape where they can be surrounded by nature and the Arieskraal dam.
Accommodating up to 4 guests, this cottage comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a bar fridge, freezer, a gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' comfort, there is a fireplace. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy an enclosed patio with seating, and there is a wood-fired hot tub and a firepit. Activities like swimming, fishing and canoeing on the dam can be enjoyed on-site. Secure parking is available on the premises. Various amenities such as wine farms, shops and restaurants are available in the surrounding area.
