Fish Eagle Lodge offers relaxed, comfortable accommodation with views over the beautiful Gariep Dam — ideally located for travellers on the N1, families, and guests looking for a peaceful overnight stop between Gauteng and the Western Cape.

Our lodge combines genuine Free State hospitality with a friendly, social atmosphere. Guests can enjoy en-suite rooms that open directly onto shared relaxation areas, creating a laid-back environment where you can unwind, have a braai, and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the dam. Whether you are staying just for the night or resting a little longer, Fish Eagle Lodge offers comfort, convenience, and a safe environment.

Please note that Fish Eagle Lodge has a shared layout. The en-suite rooms open directly onto communal areas such as the swimming pool and braai area. This creates a friendly and social atmosphere.

The swimming pool is available for guests to use at their own risk. Due to our rural location, Wi-Fi may sometimes be limited. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00 to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

Please also note that the Jacuzzi is no longer in operation.
