Compassionate host, comfortable stay, exceptional care during a difficult time. Our stay was truly exceptional. We had to travel a long distance due to a tragic family emergency, and the owner’s kindness made an enormous difference during a very difficult time. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, patient, and incredibly understanding of our situation. They checked in on us without being intrusive, offered thoughtful help when we needed it, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and settled. The accommodation itself was clean, welcoming, and well-kept, but it was the personal care and genuine compassion that made this place stand out. It’s rare to find someone who treats guests like family, and we are deeply grateful. I would recommend staying here to anyone; both for the quality of the space and for the exceptional humanity behind it.

Value for money, luxurious and hospitable accommodation. Outstanding style and luxury, a very friendly and hospitable family, exceptional value for money - I can recommend them without reservation for single or family stay to any traveler. I enjoyed the fact that I could find the place easily and did not have to drive into East London. Had secure parking for my car which was fully loaded.
