Description
Francolin Cottage is a characterful self-catering cottage situated along the quaint, dusty roads of Greyton. Full of charm and authenticity, this country retreat offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests.
The cottage comprises 2 sleeping areas. Downstairs, the bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Upstairs, accessed via a steep staircase, is a spacious loft room furnished with 2 single beds. This level also includes a separate bath and toilet, as well as a cosy reading and seating area.
The open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge with a fireplace and a Smart TV with WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes a Smeg oven and hob, dishwasher, convection microwave, kettle, toaster, and a small Nespresso coffee machine.
The cottage enjoys a picturesque outdoor setting with a private bridge leading to a decked entertainment area shaded by a magnificent oak tree. Guests can make use of the outdoor braai facilities, while a wooden pathway leads to the splash pool.
Please note that a river runs through the property and is crossed by a bridge. The splash pool is unfenced, and although there are walls on either side of the river, the property may not be suitable for young children. Guests use all outdoor facilities entirely at their own risk.
