Description
Situated just 5 km from Citrusdal at the foothills of the Cederberg mountains, Fynbos House - Wolfkop Nature Reserve lies on a 450-hectare reserve. Boasting incredible views over the Olifants River Valley and a wide range of outdoor activities, this is the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle.
The cottage accommodates 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and feature en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower. The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed, and the third bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a shower.
The open-plan living area includes a dining space and a lounge with comfortable couches, a TV and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven and microwave.
Guests can enjoy braai facilities, a private splash pool and a wood- fired hot tub. While on the reserve, you can stargaze without light pollution and may spot local wildlife such as duikers, porcupines and tortoises. Depending on the time of year, the area is filled with blooming wildflowers. A canoe is also available for hire at Wolfkop Camping.
