Description
Fynbos Feniks offers a relaxed escape in Voëlklip, Hermanus, a seaside town southeast of Cape Town in the Western Cape. It is well known as a whale-watching destination. This holiday home is ideally located close to the beach, making it ideal for a large group of friends or a family getaway.
The home accommodates up to 7 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The third bedroom is furnished with 3 single beds and features an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bath, shower and toilet. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available. All linen and towels are provided; however, guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living space features a dining area and a lounge with comfortable couches, a TV with DStv and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.
Leading from the lounge is a patio with a spacious outdoor seating and dining area, as well as a fire pit. Guests also have access to a private courtyard surrounded by beautiful mountain views. Additional amenities include braai facilities and free Wi-Fi.
For added convenience, the home is equipped with an inverter and battery system to ensure comfort during power outages. The property is secure and fitted with a security system for additional peace of mind.
Nearby, guests will find supermarkets and the Whale Coast Mall. Wine lovers can explore the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley for wine tasting, and from June to November, Hermanus is well known for whale watching, the area’s main attraction.
