Gasteria Grange Camping is a charming campsite located on a small farm on the outskirts of Calitzdorp, offering a relaxed setting that is ideal for a group of friends or outdoor enthusiasts. The property provides a peaceful base within walking distance of local wine cellars and shops, and lies along the Cape Cycle Routes passing through the Little Karoo, making it especially appealing to mountain bikers.
The campsite can accommodate camper vans, tents, caravans, and 4x4 vehicles, with a maximum capacity of up to 8 guests at a time. Guests have access to 220V power with a 3-pronged plug. An ablution facility is available on site and includes a bathroom fitted with a hot shower, washbasin, toilet, and a scullery. The scullery area also provides electric plugs for convenience.
The site offers shaded camping spots under large trees as well as a covered area for added comfort. Braai facilities are available for guest use, and visitors are required to bring their own firewood. Ample parking is provided for vehicles, and free WiFi is available on the property.
