Platbos is truly a hidden gem - Geelhout Cabin made the experience unforgettable. Our stay at the Geelhout Cabin at Platbos was nothing short of exceptional. If you are looking for a peaceful, close-to-nature escape, this is the place. The cabin itself is beautifully built, warm, and inviting, with everything you need for a comfortable stay while still feeling fully immersed in nature. Waking up to birdsong, enjoying coffee on the deck, and ending the day with a cosy fire was pure magic. It’s the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. The setting is private, quiet, and ideal for anyone wanting to reset, unwind, and reconnect with nature. Platbos is truly a hidden gem, and Geelhout Cabin made the experience unforgettable.
