Glengarry Holiday Farm offers self-catering accommodation set against the backdrop of the magnificent Drakensberg Mountains and overlooking the Klein-mooirivier in the Highmoor region in KwaZulu-Natal.
This property offers accommodation in 10 self-catering thatched chalets as well as camping sites. The family chalet has a capacity of 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Our one-bedroom chalets are perfect for a couple or an individual. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The main living space features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. Leading from the kitchen is a dining area and a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a fireplace. Each chalet has its own braai area and is serviced daily.
There are 40 grass campsites along the dam which each have a capacity of 6 guests. Each site has an electricity point and all guests have access to ablution facilities with showers, toilets and washbasins.
Glengarry Holiday Farm offers guests a tea garden, a 9-hole golf course, bowling, fly fishing, river tubing, trails to run and ride, a swimming pool and a pub. Hiking at Kamberg Highmoor Nature Reserve can be arranged. There’s a beautiful Thatch Function Room for hosting country weddings, conferences, team building, and special occasions.
