Grace Eleven is a stylish self-catering holiday family home located in the exclusive Shelley Point Golf Estate in St Helena Bay, perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking a luxurious coastal retreat.
The house can accommodate up to 12 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, one bedroom contains 2 single beds, and the remaining bedroom is furnished with 2 bunk beds ideally for children) The bathrooms are either fitted with a bath and shower or a shower only. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area includes a modern kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea-and coffee-making facilities, and a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are available in the separate scullery for added convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with an 8-seater dining table that flows effortlessly into the comfortably furnished lounge with a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services, as well as an indoor entertainment area with a built-in braai and ample comfortable seating.
This modern home combines comfort and convenience with the scenic beauty of the West Coast, offering a relaxing base from which to enjoy the estate’s world-class golf course, pristine beaches, and nearby attractions. Secure parking is provided. Across from the house is a wonderful play park located on the Estate
