Description
Grace on Argyle is a spacious, solar-powered suite that offers a home-from-home in the city. Situated in the secure and central suburb of Craighall, just 5 km from Sandton CBD and 2 km from Hyde Park, the suite is ideal for business and leisure travellers, and guests travelling with a child. It is a perfect distance from Sandton for guests visiting foreign embassies.
The guest suite is a peaceful treetops haven above a family home, comprising a king-size bed and a small adjoining room with a three-quarter bed. There is no door between the rooms, but a portable screen provides some privacy. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and toilet. Bath and swimming towels are provided, as well as an iron and hairdryer. The suite is equipped with a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and microwave. Complimentary basics for breakfast: muesli, rusks, fruit, milk, yogurt, tea, and coffee are provided. There is also a snack basket and drinks which guests pay for in an honesty jar.
There are 2 tables in the suite for work and dining, as well as a TV with full DStv channels, Wi-Fi, and a massage chair. Upon request, we can provide an additional mattress if guests have an extra child.
We provide secure off-street parking and guests are welcome to enjoy the garden and the pool. Laundry can be done at an additional fee if needed.
The suite is separate from the family house and has views of the garden and pool. Guests can enter the suite independently and can come and go as they please.
The property is near Delta Park where guests can walk or jog in lovely surroundings along the Braamfontein Spruit. The location offers easy access to nearby shops, malls and restaurants.
