We had a wonderful and perfect stay. Excellent stay with superb views. Our host and staff were great. The place was clean and neat with all the amenities of a fancy hotel. A luxury place indeed. We were upgraded to the Dove Villa. With so many braai places, a swimming pool and spectacular views of the whole valley. We had a great and wonderful stay. Will recommend this place to anyone.

Barton stole my heart. Pack your sneakers and energy and come enjoy the most beautiful farm and beautiful views. It's a new gem that we discovered. If one could give 11/10 for hospitality, I would give it to Anele. Her warm hospitality was the icing on the cake and nothing was too much trouble.

A winter weekend getaway. We had a lovely stay here. Although it was cold, we had the fire and hot tub. A very pleasant host. Will definitely be back. Hopefully, they will have a restaurant up and running. The wine tasting should definitely be tried. Everything needed was supplied. They gave us extra wood, which was needed. Lovely walks on the farm with our little doggie. Fenced in for pets.

Great stay at Barton Villas, Bot Rivier. The Villas at Barton Farm are great. Plenty of open space, views for days and private. We really enjoyed our short stay. I would recommend the following: at least one aircon in the living room and one pedestal fan per room. Mention in your listings that the roads are gravel and sand and not recommended for low vehicles.
