This luxurious house comprises 5 bedrooms in total and offers 2 separate units, Bella and Gray, that can be booked together or separately. Gray comprises 3 bedrooms; the main bedroom and the second bedroom are each furnished with queen-size beds. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The main bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The second shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, toilet, and basin. There is also a separate guest toilet downstairs.
The open-plan living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, cutlery, crockery, utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, breakfast island, and built-in braai that flows to the dining area with an 8-seater dining table that walks out onto the balcony with an outdoor dining table. The lounge flows from the dining area and is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV with streaming options, and Wi-Fi for your entertainment, and it walks out onto the patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities, with a beautiful town and ocean view.
Bella comprises 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower/ bath, toilet, and basin. There is a guest's toilet as well.
The open-plan living area offers a kitchen equipped with a stove, cutlery, crockery, utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge-freezer, indoor braai, and a breakfast island that flows to the dining area, offering a 6-seater dining table. The adjacent lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV with streaming options, and complimentary Wi-Fi, for your entertainment. The living area leads out onto a communal deck, offering outdoor furniture, picnic tables, a swimming pool, and a small lawn to enjoy.
