Did the job. We found that we could hear the people upstairs' conversation and them walking around, and the room smelled like dirt.

Excellent location. Neat, but no ventilation. I enjoyed my stay and it was convenient to get to the stadium. However, the narrow walkway to my unit retained water when it only slightly drizzled - one could not even step around the many deep puddles of water. The unit? Very neat. Whether these attachments to the main house that are rented out comply with the National Building Regulations, I really do not know. The entrance door and a window next to the door are the only 'openings' in the sleeping area. Thus, the unit has no cross ventilation. I had to sleep with the door open. You will be listening to people moving and talking above you. All in all, very good location, but I will be amazed if a building inspector approves of this, especially the fact that there is no cross ventilation.
