Nice. Very nice stay, nice and private and super clean. Area is a bit dodgy, but it was 100% safe and close to everything.

Just stayed overnight there, the guesthouse is not in a very good area. The room is very nice and all but I couldn't get a hold of the owner and didn't get any instructions before check-in.
