Description

Grootvlakte Lodge is nestled on a beautiful farm situated 35 km from Somerset East. Surrounded by picturesque mountains, forests, and vast plains, the lodge provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The lodge offers comfortable accommodation in a choice between 3 free-standing chalets, each with a private patio overlooking the surrounding landscape. Each chalet sleeps 2 guests and is furnished with a king-size bed. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and bath. Additionally, the lounge has a bar fridge and coffee- and tea-making facilities.

Guests can unwind in the communal lounges, enjoy meals in the dining area, or socialize on the shared patio. There are also indoor as well as outdoor braai areas with a bar.

The lodge offers a range of activities for guests to enjoy, including nature walks, bird watching, or outdoor adventures by prior arrangement.
