Gypsy Vans Weskus offers two unique wooden gypsy vans in Jacobs Bay, each featuring a private wood-fired hot tub (which can also be enjoyed as a cool splash pool in summer), a king-size bed, smart TV, fiber Wi-Fi, and all the comforts needed for a relaxed self-catering stay. Located within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and a local shop, the units provide an ideal blend of privacy, comfort and convenience for couples or solo travelers seeking something special.
The two units, Leopard Rose and Peacock Gypsy Van, are similar in layout, space and amenities, differing only in style and atmosphere. Each unit is booked separately and sleeps 2 guests, making it ideal for couples or individual travelers. For friends travelling together, both units can also be booked at the same time, offering a lovely balance of shared experiences and private retreat spaces.
The gypsy vans are positioned next to each other, yet each is fully enclosed for privacy, screened against coastal wind and fitted with stretched tent canopies and shading solutions. This layout allows guests booking both units to enjoy time together outdoors, while still having their own private, enclosed areas.
Each unit includes a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a 2-plate gas stove, bar fridge, crockery, cutlery, braai equipment, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Quality linen, towels, a fan and all essential amenities are provided. Wood for the braai and hot tub is available for purchase on site.
Set in a quiet corner of a larger, fully fenced property, the units offer added peace of mind and security, making them suitable for single female travelers. Each unit has its own enclosed garden with outdoor seating and a braai area.
We are pet-friendly upon request, suitable for small to medium dog breeds only, with a maximum of two pets per booking. While there is ample space for dog walks, please note that we have our own animals on the larger property and dogs must be kept on a leash when exiting the unit. Jacobs Bay offers beautiful coastal walkways along the sea.
Secure parking and complimentary Wi-Fi are included.
