I enjoyed the food at the cafe, the cafe staff were very friendly. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly. My room was always cleaned, and the complimentary coffee each morning at the cafe was the highlight of my stay. The property is well located.

Simple and convenient. We were looking for a place to rest our heads after spending the day in the streets, shops and restaurants of the city. The room was clean, had all the necessary self-catering facilities and there was also a simple turn down service. The television had streaming service applications and you could log in with your own profile. Internet was good and easy to log in to. Just remember that there is no parking at the hotel itself. You can park overnight just around the corner, for R35 per night. We had two vehicles that spent two nights in the surrounding streets and we had no problems.

Unmemorable. Disappointing. It was below par. The curtains were dirty, bathroom walls had some toothpaste-like stains on them. The soap holder was rusted. After complaining more than once, the curtains were cleaned and guess what, they were better but stains remained. They moved me to another bigger room, which made me happy for 2 minutes. Got there, the soap holder was rusted and carpets were dirty, even after the room was cleaned.
