This charming self-catering holiday cottage is located just a short stroll from the beach in the popular sea avenues of Kleinmond. Filled with character and warmth, the cottage offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a comfortable coastal getaway, and accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.
The spacious living area offers comfortable couches, a Smart TV with streaming services, board games, books, and children's books and toys. Guests can enjoy year-round comfort with a fireplace, portable fan, and panel heater. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, bar fridge, gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, tea- and coffee-making facilities, milk, and basic cooking essentials. A dining table with seating for 8 guests provides ample space for shared meals.
As you go into the first bedroom from the lounge area, the bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. This bathroom also has a second entrance, allowing it to be shared with the second bedroom, which is also furnished with a queen-size bed, linens, towels, cupboards, and a hairdryer. If you go down the passage from the kitchen, the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and is served by a separate shower and separate toilet, with a basin conveniently located outside them. Bath towels, bed linen, and wardrobe space are included. In the passage, there is a tumble dryer, a fire extinguisher, and an inverter. Nearby laundry facilities are available for guests.
