Happy Place 1008 is a charming double-storey beachfront house in Duinepark, Witsand, near a tidal pool. With direct beach access, it’s ideal for a relaxing family getaway.
The house accommodates 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living areas. The 2 upstairs bedrooms each have a double bed, while the ground-floor bedroom also has a double bed. The downstairs bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, and the upstairs bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, and basin.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The kitchen leads to a comfortable lounge and dining area, as well as an indoor braai area, perfect for any weather.
Free Wi-Fi (50 GB per week) and DStv Premium are included. Additional data can be purchased at an extra cost, or guests may use their own router. Please note that fishing groups and pets are not permitted.
Outside, guests can relax in the garden with sea views. Two wooden walkways, just three houses away on either side, provide direct beach access. Parking is available in front of the house.
