Welcome to Harbour Place, a unique self-catering apartment perched on a private rooftop at the very edge of Gordon’s Bay Harbour. From this elevated position you’ll enjoy uninterrupted panoramic views over the harbour wall and across the waters of False Bay. To the right lies the luxury yacht basin, while to the left the coastline curves toward Gordon’s Bay. It’s a setting where sea, scenery and the authentic character of coastal life surround you.
Harbour Place offers a stay immersed in the rhythm of the ocean. Waves crash against the harbour wall below, winds sweep across the rooftop, and seabirds circle overhead throughout the day. Boats move in and out of the marina and the weather constantly shifts, creating a living seascape that changes by the hour.
The apartment is located within the vibrant Harbour Island Marina area, where guests can easily explore on foot. A short stroll brings you to popular waterfront restaurants including Bertie’s Moorings, Ocean Basket and Antonio’s, perfect for relaxed breakfasts, lunches, sunset drinks or casual dinners overlooking the water. The nearby Krystal Beach Hotel also offers facilities for day visitors, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive.
Due to its rooftop position, Harbour Place is more exposed to the elements than most apartments. Guests can expect wind, the sound of the ocean, the movement of boats and lively harbour activity below. The second bedroom features four bunk beds, ideal for children or groups. A second full bathroom with bath and shower is also available. The apartment includes a sunny dining area with indoor gas braai, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living space with couches, dining table, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. A washing machine is also provided for longer stays.
The spacious balcony offers front-row views of harbour life and the open ocean beyond.
