Description
Hawerland is situated on a farm on the Graafwater area, between the towns of Clanwilliam and Lamberts Bay, and offers quality accommodation ideal for a carefree breakaway, surrounded by nature. These electricity-free units are perfect for when you just need a break from technology, without sacrificing luxuries like warm water.
The accommodation comprises 2 self-catering cottages that can each accommodate 4 guests as well as 6 caravans of which 2 can accommodate 3 guests and 4 can accommodate 4 guests.
Each self-catering cottage comprises a main bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The units are fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and bedding and also offers a gas geyser, gas fridge and a gas stove. Lighting at night is supplied by solar charged lights.
The caravans comprise a separate kitchenette and bathroom with a shower. The caravans also make use of gas and solar power.
Both the cottages and caravans are located on the farm. There is a private braai area at each of the units and firewood is available on the farm at an additional cost.
There is a communal swimming pool for guest's use as well as hiking trails for those who want to head into the mountains. When the flower season comes along, the farm is an ideal place to witness the beauty of the Namaqualand flowers.
