Disappointing! Disappointing! Disappointing! Very poor service. It is clear that the property is on the market and current management is only doing what is necessary. Definitely not worthy of any star quality. The breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly and had to apologize for not having butter available? While there is a deli less than 5 mins drive from Hawksmoor. A bunch of activities on their web page that are advertised - but not available. Which is not indicated as only happening at certain times of the year? We had to ask for our rooms to be serviced at 14:15 Saturday afternoon. We are truly grateful that we had to cancel our reservation we had for November for 18 people.
