HouseLynton is a spacious self-catering holiday home situated in Delville Park, George, in the Western Cape. Conveniently located near the N2 and close to shops, restaurants, and local amenities, the property offers an ideal base for families or groups of friends exploring the Garden Route.
The house can accommodate up to 14 guests and comprises 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. Two bedrooms each offer 1 single bed, while the remaining 5 bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each. The other 2 bathrooms are fitted with showers. Bed linen is provided.
The open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge with a sofa set and a Smart TV with full DStv and Netflix, as well as unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, chest freezer, gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, washing machine and essential cooking utensils. A dining table with seating for 8 guests is provided.
Outdoor features include a private garden and braai facilities. Secure parking is available under a carport. The property is centrally located within easy reach of popular attractions such as Redberry Farm, the Outeniqua Transport Museum, Victoria Bay, and Oubaai Golf Course.
