Houthuis on the Rocks

Description

Houthuis on the Rocks is a unique getaway perched on the rocks in a natural cul-de-sac in Pringle Bay. Guests enjoy uninterrupted sea views and the soothing sound of waves crashing against the rocks.

The house accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite with a bath, washbasin and toilet. The other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers, washbasins and toilets. Linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and opens onto the dining area. The utility area includes a sink, cupboards, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living area has comfortable seating and a cosy fireplace.

Step out onto the spacious deck and take in the breathtaking sea views. The deck is not fitted with railings and is therefore not suitable for children without adult supervision. Use of the deck is at your own risk.

Guests can also enjoy a built-in braai in the large, enclosed garden or use the movable Weber braai, which can be repositioned depending on the wind.

Pringle Bay is in a protected biosphere. Dogs are not allowed, and we take care to preserve the natural environment and wildlife. Loud music and parties are not permitted. Local wildlife, including grysbok, porcupines, tortoises, dassies and baboon,s move freely through the town. Guests are warned when baboons are nearby and advised to wait until the troop has moved on. Wildlife poses no threat.
