Truly wonderful stay at Illi Boutique and understanding. We had a truly wonderful experience with Illi Boutique. The guest house is beautiful, calm, and thoughtfully put together — a place where you can genuinely relax. What stood out most, however, was the way the owners handled a difficult situation on our side. Shortly after making our booking through a third-party platform, we ran into unexpected vehicle trouble and informed the booking agent within hours, well before our check-in time. While the booking platform followed a very strict process and was not able to offer much flexibility, the team at Illi Boutique showed understanding and compassion. They were willing to assist us with alternative dates and worked with us in a way that felt fair and humane during a stressful time. Their kindness and willingness to help made all the difference. It’s clear they truly care about their guests, not just the booking. We are very grateful and would highly recommend Illi Boutique to anyone looking for a beautiful stay, backed by genuinely caring hosts.

A beautiful and wonderful visit. The host was very friendly and the workers as well. The rooms were extremely clean, a quiet and safe place. I would recommend this place to everyone.
