Designed for large families and multi-generational getaways, Isibankwa comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults and 2 children under 10 on pull-out beds. The home features five en-suite bedrooms, generous open-plan living areas, a fully equipped kitchen with a separate scullery, and a large covered veranda where guests can relax while enjoying spectacular ocean views.
Outdoor living is a highlight, with a fenced swimming pool, spacious entertainment areas, a covered braai, pool table, garden seating, and plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The downstairs entertainment area includes a TV lounge, covered braai area and pool room, making it ideal for family gatherings in any weather.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, two bar fridges, crockery, cutlery, and laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. DSTV is provided, the home is serviced, and all linen, bath towels and beach towels are supplied.
The main upstairs suite offers a private veranda, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Four additional en-suite bedrooms are located downstairs, with one offering direct access to the pool and garden.
A self-contained flatlet is available, accommodating two additional guests. It includes a kitchenette, lounge, bathroom and private veranda with partial sea views.
Guests can reach the beach via nearby stairs, a short drive to beachfront parking, or a scenic walk, with easy access to Zinkwazi Beach's popular swimming areas.
For added peace of mind, the property offers perimeter security beams, armed response monitoring, two undercover parking bays and additional secure off-road parking.
