Description

Itaga 601 offers self-catering accommodation located against the mountains in Mabalingwe Game Reserve in Bela Bela, Limpopo, an area known for its wildlife, scenic bushveld landscapes, and tranquil safari atmosphere. It is ideal for families or a group of friends looking for a bushveld escape.

The lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. There are 2 freestanding bathrooms, one fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet, and the other fitted with a toilet only. Additionally, there are 2 single bunk beds available for children. Crisp linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, tea-and-coffee-making facilities, necessary cutlery and crockery, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area with a dining table and chairs leads into the lounge, which is furnished with comfortable seating and a Smart TV with DStv.

Through the folding glass doors, guests can step onto the patio and take a dip in the swimming pool, with a boma fire pit available for cosy evenings, as well as a built-in outdoor braai. Upstairs on the balcony, guests can enjoy alfresco meals at the dining table and chairs while taking in views of the bushveld. The lodge is situated approximately 1.2 km from the main gate, offering easy access to the main road, game drives, activities, and the Skilpaddop convenience store located at the Caravan Park. Secure on-site parking is available.
