Beautiful lodge, friendly, helpful staff. Itaga View was our main venue for our annual marketing conference, beautiful lodge with various social areas, made it so easy for 30 guests to move around without landing under each other's feet. We booked extra sleeping places at 2 other nearby lodges. Lovely luxurious lodge, and the animals were of course a big treat.

Absolutely unforgettable — a weekend was far too short. Our stay at Itaga View 602 in Mabalingwe was simply unforgettable. The house itself, the rooms and especially the view — everything was absolutely incredible. The view is something you just want to take in, again and again. There are a lot of stairs inside the house, which may be a challenge for older guests, but that doesn’t take away from the experience. On the contrary, it makes the house unique and interesting. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer — a weekend is just too short to really fully appreciate this beautiful house and its stunning view. It is definitely a place you will want to return to again and again.

It was very beautiful and peaceful. We had a great experience and it is a very nice place. We were there for our year-end function. We did send a few criticisms/suggestions to the host which she will pass on to the owners.

Beautiful view, good service. Accommodation very good, but the 54 stairs up and down are impractical, especially for older people and small children. Very nice house, but very impractical. Short maintenance on building, such as the stair railings that are loose. The plastic on the kitchen cupboard is peeling off, the fridge in the bar does not seal and therefore does not work. The kitchen and swimming pool braai area are far apart. Coffee cups are chipped, the trellis door in front of one of the rooms is loose. Poles by the swimming pool are falling over. Showers do not drain well enough, broken chair cushions on the upper stoep need to be replaced.

It was a really nice visit, enjoyed it a lot. We were a group of people who went for my mother's 80th birthday. It was a really nice weekend and the place to stay was incredibly beautiful, the rooms were neat, and the outside showers were a nice bonus.

Family weekend. Mabalingwe is stunning and the view is stunning. House is b. Inhumanly many stairs and levels. Not suitable for old people or small children. No full sets of wine or champagne glasses? Towels stink. Cockroach problem in the house, but specifically the kitchen area. It should rather only be for groups of middle-aged adults. Nice view. Blinds are broken in certain areas.

Beautiful view. Nice stay, lots of stairs, would not recommend for older people, our parents struggled with all the stairs. Toilet at dining room smelled of urine, some door handles were loose. Host does not respond about refund of breakage deposit. PS! Host did make an effort to courier an item that was forgotten for us.
