Excellent. Excellent, was close to all shops. Nice weather and basically on the beach. Would go again.

Stay was average. The view was beautiful. Rooms were spacious. However, the floors were absolutely dirty; feet turned black in less than 50 steps. There were rules for washing dishes. The cleaner who was there upon arrival was not friendly at all and tried to intimidate us by forcing us to book her services over the weekend. We had to wash our own dishes while on holiday to avoid having a refund deducted. The bed in the master room was so hard and uncomfortable. Weeds were growing on the verandah, and the braai area had no grid to braai on. Some dishes from the previous stay were absolutely filthy and unwashed but packed into cupboards.

Good day Mohammed, We thank you for your feedback and apologise for the inconvenience you and your family experienced. I would like to report back that I have contacted the owner regarding the cleanliness as she has a live-in cleaner on site. She has discussed the matter with the cleaner and we have decided that we will be doing thorough inspections going forward to ensure that all items are cleaned properly. We will also check on the braai grid and make one available if the current one is missing. We will also buy a mattress topper for the bed, which will assist with its comfort. The floors are being sanded down and revarnished in May, windows are being replaced with aluminium, and the exterior of the house will be painted. The owner has requested that I give you a discount for issues you experienced during your stay, so I will contact you directly today to arrange a refund. We value our guests and want them to have comfortable stays in our units, so I can assure you that we will address these issues and sincerely hope we can accommodate you again in the future!
