Jarvis25 Townhouse is a spacious and luxurious 3 bedroom house with a balcony, courtyard and roof deck. Still reflecting much of its 200-year-old architectural heritage, De Waterkant is a cobbled street shoppers delight. Affectionately known as the Pink Village, De Waterkant is internationally renowned for its open-minded attitude, dynamic nightlife and a wide choice of super-trendy restaurants, bars, coffee shops, galleries and boutiques.
The Townhouse is located in Jarvis Street and comprises a ground floor with a lovely living room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, including a stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. A bathroom, with shower, toilet and basin, completes the ground floor.
On the first floor, both bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds and both have en-suite bathrooms, the main with a bath and separate shower, a toilet and basin, and the second with a shower, toilet and basin.
A small inner courtyard, connected with the kitchen and the TV room, allows guests to dine al fresco, and from there, a stairway leads to a beautifully furnished terrace on the roof, with views of the magnificent Table Mountain.
