Jo Leo Villa is a spacious and elegantly appointed holiday home located in the heart of Camps Bay, just a short walk from the beach. With its prime location near trendy cafés, world-class restaurants, and the iconic Camps Bay promenade, Jo Leo Villa places you right at the centre of Cape Town’s vibrant beachfront lifestyle.
This property can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, and an open-plan living and dining area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and a couch, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet, along with direct access to a private balcony, an ideal spot for morning coffee. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 each have a double bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have their own en-suite bathrooms, both fitted with a shower and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a central breakfast island with stools. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher are also available in the separate scullery. A separate TV room offers a full selection of DStv channels and access to free Wi-Fi, with inviting seating for all guests. A dedicated workstation is tucked away for privacy and opens onto the patio. The open-plan living and dining area is furnished with a 10-seater dining table and a cosy lounge with comfortable seating, complemented by stacking doors that open onto the patio and pool area.
Additionally, the house is thoughtfully designed with outdoor furniture arranged around the patio, and for those hot summer days, there is a lovely swimming pool area with sunbeds. The building provides safe parking, along with convenient access to Cape Town’s top attractions, including Camps Bay and Clifton, which are just a short stroll away.
